🌿Our silk ribbons have a raw natural feel with torn edges to give it a soft texture 🎀There are no seams in our silk ribbon ✂️Raw silk will naturally soften fray. Loose threads are common and are easily fixed by trimming the thread with sharp scissors.

CUSTOM ORDERS If you need a larger quantity than what is available online, send us a message to see if we can accommodate your request. Please include the number of spools, the color name and the width of the ribbon needed.
SHIPPING TIMES We do our best to ship silk ribbon on the next day but is not guaranteed. Custom orders take longer. We ship Monday-Friday unless otherwise stated.
If you order Sunday - Thursday your order will usually ship the next day. If you order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday your order will ship on Monday. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships. Shipping fees are paid to the postal service are non-refundable. Shipping Times are estimates and do not include production time.
Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing times. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided. If the package is returned due to an inaccurate shipping address, you will be responsible to pay shipping fees again to send the item again to the correct address.
International Packages
All international packages will be shipped via USPS Delivery time varies by location and once the package leave the United States Postal service into your country's mail service, we are no longer able to track the package. Many countries do not have tracking at that point and may take an unknown amount of time to deliver.
Once a package leaves our hands we no longer have control of the item. These dates are based off USPS shipping times and we are not responsible for USPS in any way. First Class and Priority Mail are not guaranteed to arrive in the times stated above. The times shown are USPS Estimates and usually arrive in that time frame but we do not offer returns or exchanges if the post office does not get the package to you in their First Class or priority mail expected ship time. If receiving the package is important please use priority express.
Because of the custom handmade nature of these hand-dyed silk ribbons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
